I can’t say enough good things about Cree. My dog Bliss has been afraid of grooming since she was a puppy and was quickly labeled “difficult” by both PetSmart and Petco. We often ended up with subpar cuts or appointments that were canceled halfway through because she was too nervous. I had honestly reached the point where I thought sedation and a very expensive vet groom might be our only option.

Cree completely changed that experience for us. She was able to do what felt impossible. She showed Bliss so much patience and kindness, really taking the time to get to know her and earn her trust. Even with the challenge of cutting her nails and working on her legs, which Bliss is extremely sensitive about, Cree handled everything calmly and efficiently.

When I picked Bliss up, I could immediately tell she had been in great hands. Not only did she look absolutely adorable, but she also seemed comfortable and happy. It honestly looked like Cree had managed to make the whole experience fun for her, even though grooming has never been Bliss’s favorite thing.

I’m so grateful we found her. If you have a nervous or “difficult” dog, Cree is truly amazing.

Cree does a great job grooming my Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix, Joji. Joji gets very anxious being crated and hearing all the commotion associated with multi-station groomers. I love the fact that Cree does one dog at a time. Joji always comes out stress free and cute as a button !
