Very Professional. My boy(goldendoodle) was pretty matted and Cree ensured she got him to a place of comfortability & set expectations on what to expect for our next visit. So sweet and informative. I think we've found our grooming home!

Cree was amazing yet again. She does a great job on my minidoodle, Blue. She even brought him to my car in a raincoat in the pouring rain!

I can’t say enough good things about Cree. My dog Bliss has been afraid of grooming since she was a puppy and was quickly labeled “difficult” by both PetSmart and Petco. We often ended up with subpar cuts or appointments that were canceled halfway through because she was too nervous. I had honestly reached the point where I thought sedation and a very expensive vet groom might be our only option.

Cree completely changed that experience for us. She was able to do what felt impossible. She showed Bliss so much patience and kindness, really taking the time to get to know her and earn her trust. Even with the challenge of cutting her nails and working on her legs, which Bliss is extremely sensitive about, Cree handled everything calmly and efficiently.

When I picked Bliss up, I could immediately tell she had been in great hands. Not only did she look absolutely adorable, but she also seemed comfortable and happy. It honestly looked like Cree had managed to make the whole experience fun for her, even though grooming has never been Bliss’s favorite thing.

I’m so grateful we found her. If you have a nervous or “difficult” dog, Cree is truly amazing.
